For sale is one upright round standing strawwork straw marquetry box handmade Napoleonic prisoner of war.

These delicately designed small cases measuring approximately 4” X 3” are of history and artistic value. Delicately woven with straw the designs are intricate and often minutely detailed and mosaic-like.

This piece stands upright. It is worn in spots . Please see photos but retains its charm and beauty, and the box has a lovely patina.
