Heavy Brass that has been chrome plated

3" tall by 3.5" Wide

Slot for blade bumper 1-7/8" tall

Two threaded holes to tighten around bumper ( bolts not incldued)

Facebackground has not been repainted

Has been rechromed - fantastic finish - Show chrome border with face backkground left in preservation review all are seeing backlogs at USPS from time to time. Mainly from Holidays and Storms.
