Original vintage centennial celebration flag for Greenville, Pennsylvania, commemorating its 100th anniversary (1838–1938), held July 31 – August. Manufactured by the renowned Dettra Flag Co. using their durable Everwear Bunting cotton.

Condition: Very solid vintage condition. Free of any major rips, tears, or fabric dry-rot. Features original graphics and bold colors. Exhibits some minor age/storage/staining discoloration spots from long-term storage (has not been laundered/cleaned to preserve its original state; please see all close-up photos).

A wonderful, highly scarce piece of local Pennsylvania Americana and ephemera, perfect for a regional collector, local historical society, or vintage patriotic display. A town would order a limited amount of these and most were thrown away through the years.
